West Roxbury Open Mike

Dear Friends of the West Roxbury Open Mike,

Our monthly Open Mike will take place on Saturday, 25 May 2013, in the Parish Hall of Theodore Parker Church in West Roxbury.

Sign-up begins at 7 pm, and performances begin at 7:30 pm.

Admission is FREE (although donations will be gratefully accepted).

I know this is Memorial Day Weekend, and I understand if some of you cannot make it. Unfortunately, there is another event at the church the evening of June 1, so we couldn’t move the date. Julie McVay will be hosting the event this time.

As usual, everyone is welcome, any genre and any style. Family friendly (and we welcome young performers).

As many of you know, this will be my last open mike before moving to Ann Arbor, Michigan to take up a new job, so I especially hope to see you all this Saturday!

A grand piano and pianist are available, and we have a stage and a sound system.

Everyone is welcome, any genre and any style. Family friendly (and we welcome young performers).

Or come just to listen: we’re your best live-entertainment value in West Roxbury! (You can’t beat FREE!)
